These terms and conditions are applicable to one of each participant in our tours. And by booking any scuba diving tour with us, customers fully agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Booking and Payment

 

Customers can book scuba diving tours online through our website or through our authorized agents.

The payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit

Once the payment has been made, the booking is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the payment is not received on time.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking a scuba diving tour, including their name, contact details, and any medical conditions or special requirements.

We reserve the right to adjust the tour itinerary, including the duration and location of the dive sites, based on weather conditions, water visibility, and other factors that may affect the safety and enjoyment of the tour.

 

Cancellation and Refund

 

If the customer cancels the booking, only the following refund policy applies

If the cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to the tour, a full refund will be issued.

If the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the tour, no refund will be issued.

If the customer fails to arrive on time for the tour, no refund will be issued.

In the event that we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or technical issues, the customer will receive a full refund.

The client assumes the responsibility to communicate to us on time its desire to cancel.

 

Health and Safety

 

Scuba diving is a physically demanding activity that requires good health and fitness. Customers with any medical conditions, disabilities, or injuries must inform us prior to the tour.

Customers must complete a medical questionnaire and sign a liability waiver prior to participating in the tour.

Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff, including wearing appropriate dive gear and using proper diving techniques.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who we believe is not physically or mentally fit to dive, with no refund.

The customer takes responsibility for reading and accepting the medical questionnaire prior to the reservation.

The customer attests that he fully knows how to swim.

Customers must not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the tour, as this may impair their judgment and increase the risk of injury or accident.

 

Liability

 

Scuba diving carries inherent risks, and customers acknowledge and assume these risks when participating in our tours.

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or live losses that may occur during the tour.

Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to our equipment or facilities during the tour.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who we believe poses a risk to themselves or others, or who fails to comply with our safety guidelines or instructions.

Customers are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance that covers scuba diving and any other activities they may participate in during their trip to Mexico.

 

Privacy

 

We collect personal information from customers exclusively for the purpose of booking and providing scuba diving tours.

We will not share this information with any third party.

We use reasonable measures to protect customer information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Mexico.

 

By booking any scuba diving tour with us, customers fully agree to these terms and conditions.
